Michael Fischer

Honda R&D Europe

After his study of mechanical and process engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Michael Fischer joined Honda R&D Europe in 2006 working in the area of powertrain technology research. In his career at Honda he served as section leader and later on as Manager of the automobile powertrain department while also doing his PhD in the area of artificial neural networks for engine control. Since 2020 he is Deputy General Manager of the Digital Solutions & Electrification Research division, developing new business models and technical innovations for E-Mobility.
